Meetings Morocco, the first Moroccan fair exclusively dedicated to the organisation of seminars, conferences, congresses and incentives in Morocco has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Palmeraie Resorts Group on the occasion of this national and international event.
For its first edition, 14 and 15 January 2016, Meetings Morocco will present 50 professionals which embody the Moroccan MICE offer* (RTC, hotels, incoming agencies, congress centres, quality and exceptional event venues, carriers, service providers etc.), and will welcome up to 150 international Hosted Buyers from more than 20 countries, in addition to selected Moroccan and international companies based in Morocco.
As those responsible for the Globe Network company, the event organisers, said: "This exceptional meeting, required an exceptional venue." The show, a "Fair Shop" will be more in the spirit of a B2B meeting than a customary event of this type. This major venue will take place at the Palmeraie Conference Center as a fully privatised for the event.
Some 1,000 m2 will be dedicated to pre-booked B2B meetings (Atlas room), another area for the two networking lunches for the exhibitors and Hosted Buyers, while a third room will be reserved for the numerous conferences that have already been scheduled. Several VIP rooms will be available to exhibitors, providing a quiet area to finalise their negotiations in private.
Some Hosted Buyers will be accommodated either at the Palmeraie Palace or at the Hôtel du Golf within walking distance of the venue.
The Palmeraie Resorts covers a total of more than 230 hectares (568 acres) and offers four quality hotels, a spa and a 27-hole golf course.
